How To Use the Store Customer Survey
To make a comment or suggestion about your H-E-B store or the website,
click on Contact Us at the bottom of the screen and fill out the online
survey.
If you want a reply from us, be sure to click the Yes button. After you fill out your contact information (name, e-mail address, etc.) and preferred store location, you may type in your comment or suggestion in the General Comments box. You may also complete the optional section that allows you to rate the departments at your local H-E-B and include a comment in the box on the right-hand side. When you complete the survey, click on Send.
